  • Shipping Fees: Orders of AUD 100 or more (including AUD 100) qualify for free shipping; orders below AUD 100 incur a shipping fee of AUD 5.99

  • Estimated Delivery: 5–8 business days after dispatch
  • Carriers: UPS, Toll, DHL Express
  • Order Tracking: After placing an order, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment details, and carrier information. You can also track your order on the website's “Find My Order” page by entering your email or phone number along with your order number.

6. Order Cancellation Highlights

  • Orders can be canceled within 48 hours if not yet shipped
  • Orders beyond 48 hours or already shipped cannot be canceled directly; returns or refunds can be requested after delivery
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via customer support email or phone
  • Once confirmed, refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days to the original payment method

7. Returns and Exchanges Highlights

  • Returns or exchanges can be requested within 45 days of receipt
  • Acceptable reasons include appearance defects, quality issues, odor, severe color differences, incorrect items, and returns without reason

  • Upon inspection approval, refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days to the original payment method, or replacement items will be shipped within 1–3 business days
  • Shipping costs due to product issues are covered by us; shipping costs for returns without reason are borne by the customer
