1. How do I place an order?

Simply browse the website, select the products you like, add them to your cart, and follow the prompts to complete payment. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with the order details.

2. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit cards such as JCB, Mastercard, and VISA. All transactions are processed securely to ensure your information is protected.

3. How long does order processing and shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery within Australia is expected in 5–8 business days.

4. How can I track my order?

After placing an order, you will receive an email with your order number, payment details, and carrier information. You can also track your order on the website’s “Find My Order” page by entering your email or phone number along with the order number.

5. Can I cancel my order?

Orders that have not been shipped can be canceled within 48 hours of placing the order. Orders already shipped or beyond 48 hours cannot be canceled directly; you can request a return or refund after delivery.

6. How do I request a return or exchange?

Returns or exchanges can be requested within 45 days of receipt. Accepted reasons include appearance defects, quality issues, odor, severe color differences, incorrect items, and returns without reason.

7. Who pays for the return shipping cost?

8. How long does a refund take?

Refunds will be returned to the credit card used for payment (JCB, Mastercard, VISA, etc.). Refunds are expected within 7–10 business days. Please contact us if there is any delay.
