This Shipping Policy applies to the Toronalvi (hereinafter referred to as “we”) online store and explains the arrangements related to order delivery, transportation, and receipt. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below.

1. Delivery Service Overview

Delivery Area

Shipping services are currently available within Australia only. Orders outside Australia are not supported at this time.

Shipping Fees

Orders with a total value of AUD 100 or more (including AUD 100) qualify for free shipping.
Orders below AUD 100 are subject to a flat shipping fee of AUD 5.99.

2. Order Processing and Cut-Off Time

Our regular service hours are 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

  • Orders completed and paid before 6:00 PM will begin processing on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed starting the next business day.
  • If an order is placed on a non-working day, processing will begin on the next available business day.

Once confirmed, orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

3. Shipping Arrangement and Delivery Timeframe

After dispatch, the estimated total delivery time is 5–8 business days.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location and logistics conditions.

We arrange shipments through the following carriers as appropriate:
UPS, Toll, DHL Express

4. Order Status and Tracking

After your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment details, and shipping information.

To track your order, please visit the “Order Tracking” page on our website and enter your order number along with the email address or phone number used at checkout.

5. Transportation Responsibility

  • Product Damage or Loss
    If your item arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us promptly and provide relevant details or images so we can assist you accordingly.
  • Shipping Changes and Cancellations
    Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, shipping details may no longer be modified.
  • Delivery Address Responsibility
    Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. Any issues arising from incorrect address information will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
